Megan te Boekhorst
Certified Mental Health First Aid Facilitator & Living With Director

For over a decade, I’ve lived with mental illness. I’ve been diagnosed with Depression and Binge Eating Disorder. Mental illness has impacted my work, my relationships, and my long-term health. My experiences have fueled my purpose: to change the narrative on how we view mental illness.

Today, I’m in recovery from my Eating Disorder and well-versed at managing my Depression. I’m a fierce mental health advocate, a mental health tarot card reader, Mental Health First Aid facilitator, and a mental health coach.

I am a settler living and working on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish and S’ólh Téméxw Peoples.

Outside of mental health, my passions include community building, getting creatively messy, and my furbum Jefferson Smudge te Boekhorst.
